Professor Deb Warner
From advising domestic and international teachers at Yale University to teaching all male Smart Scholar transitional, housing students through Farmingdale State College, Professor Deb Warner has been an Educator/Trainer for more than 25 years with global, corporate programs to diverse, academic assignments. Professor Warner has mentored teachers as a District Curriculum & Instructional Coach and now Educational Consultant/Trainer in classrooms across fifteen (15) public school districts in the Tri-state area. She also designed and facilitates curriculum for Rutgers, Montclair State and Kean Universities as well as Richard Stockton University.
With a MA in Communication/MBA and a BA in Science from Seton Hall and Rutgers Universities, respectively – she is certified in Elementary Education, Science and Supervision, with a NJ Supervision Certification for Structured Learning Experience, as well as knowledgeable of pedagogical content. As an advocate for education and a champion for students’ academic successes, she impacts measureable and sustainable outcomes. Her ‘Pre-Employment Training’ Program was East Orange Board of Education approved, piloted and rated more than 98.2% effective by the parents, students and staff. It empowers students with employability strategies and job referral/placement skills. It was featured on News12 with Ms. Della Crews – ‘Spotlight on NJ’ and aired on Comcast – Channel 34 in East Orange for securing 150+ jobs for students and adults within two (2) years.
